Terms of Service

le mezon is a product operated by le meson (the "seller", "we", "us"), the legal entity you are contracting with when you use the service. le mezon provides SaaS tools for recipe costing, supplier management, menu engineering, and market intelligence. Features available to you depend on your subscription tier.

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use. Accounts are intended for business use by the organization that registered them.

New accounts may receive a 3-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically at the selected plan's published price.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled.
• Fees are charged in advance. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
• Plan limits (recipes, supplier items, AI generations, seats, locations) are enforced in-app. Exceeding limits may require an upgrade.
• You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Manage billing, which opens our payment provider's self-serve portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid invoice. Payments and refunds are processed securely by Stripe. Full details — including how to request a refund, trial cancellations, and what happens to your data — are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the service.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Use the service to build a competing product.
• Bypass plan limits, rate limits, or security controls.
• Submit personal data of third parties without a lawful basis.

You retain ownership of recipes, supplier lists, menus, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to operate the service for your organization, including running AI features you trigger.

AI-generated content (costed recipes, suggested menus, market briefings) is provided for your reference. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for verifying before relying on them for pricing, purchasing, or public-facing decisions.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be communicated where reasonably possible.

You may cancel at any time from billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, fail payment, or pose a security risk. Upon termination, your access ends and your data is retained per the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
